Controlmatik Teknoloji’s new robot will enable facilities to produce high quality

Sami Aslanhan, Chairman of the Board of Kontrolmatik Teknoloji, said, “We know that robots are a big market in our country. Considering that alternative solutions are of foreign origin, we believe that our project will contribute to the reduction of the current account deficit.” said.

Concerning the collaborative robots they have developed, Kontrolmatik Teknoloji Chairman of the Board Sami Aslanhan said, “We know that robots are a big market in our country and we believe that our project will contribute to reducing the current account deficit, considering that alternative solutions are of foreign origin.” said.

With its innovative and sustainable approaches since the day it was founded, Kontrolmatik Teknoloji has provided end-to-end digital solutions for projects in the energy, process industry, transportation and mining sectors, and shared information about the latest work of the company with the press at a press conference.

The company has come to an end in the development of collaborative robots, which it has been working on since 2016. Controlmatik Teknoloji, which produced the first prototype of the robot in question, announced that it will start mass production in the first half of 2023 and will be ready for sale in the second half.

Compared to humans, it is observed that the collaborative robot (Cobot), whose repetition ability and active working time come to the fore, can repeat the same movement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, without errors and with the same performance. It is aimed that this speed and repetition ability will increase production efficiency, reduce faulty manufacturing and enable the facilities to produce stable at high quality.

Collaborative robot technologies and robotic product development

Making statements to the members of the press, Sami Aslanhan, Chairman of the Board of Kontrolmatik Teknoloji, stated that they are proud to be one of the first domestic companies to start mass production of collaborative robots. Aslanhan said, “Similar studies have been carried out in the R&D phase or in the production of prototype products. However, we are very proud to be one of the first domestic companies to start mass production of collaborative robots.

Since we developed the software with our own engineering in this study, we are creating a very serious know-how in our country. Together with mass production, we will develop not only collaborative robots, but also robot technologies. In addition to software and robots, we will also have alternative robotic product developments. This will accelerate other studies in the robotics sector and enable us to obtain alternative results with higher added value.”

The robot can be used in every field from agriculture to health.

Stating that the collaborative robot, which is defined as a collaborative robot and designed to work in harmony with humans in processes, is aimed to produce solutions for more than one sector, Aslanhan said, “The collaborative robot, which focuses on many criteria in R&D and design processes, is planned to be produced in accordance with all processes.

First of all, the collaborative robot, which is planned to work shoulder to shoulder with people in all production lines, food, agriculture, health and digital factories, will increase the total production efficiency. He has competence in many areas such as polishing, line feeding, etc.,” he said.

Stating that a total robot market of 40 billion dollars has been formed in the world, Aslanhan said that the collaborative robot will be sold directly or through integrator solution partners in the country.

Aslanhan said, “We will reach customers through dealership and foreign sales abroad. Our sales and after-sales service activities continue. We also include the stakeholders we will work with in the development processes from time to time, we listen to their comments and we constantly improve our product. We believe that we will be arm and wing.” said.

“We aim to start pre-series production in the first half of 2023”

Aslanhan underlined that since they develop the software themselves, they can easily adapt collaborative robots to different applications in different sectors and said that they will take a very serious burden from their customers as they will produce solutions at a single point as both a manufacturer and a software company in Turkey.

Collaborative robot will contribute to reducing the current account deficit

Speaking about the contribution of the robot to the sectors in which it will be used, Aslanhan concluded his words as follows:

“With the advantage of being local, we will follow a much more accessible price policy in terms of cost. We aim to contribute to the relevant sector in many areas such as fast and flexible production, production precision and quality standardization, compensation for operator errors, prevention of operator-induced performance loss, flexibility to adapt quickly to business diversity. .

We know that robots are a big market in our country, and considering that alternative solutions are of foreign origin, we believe that our project will contribute to reducing the current account deficit. Currently, many similar products are imported from abroad. With our collaborative robot we will produce, we will decrease imports and increase exports. Thus, we aim to contribute to our economy.”
